It also makes collaborating with chain partners easier. This aligns Zutphen with the national development towards an information landscape where data is more easily shared and reused. Datarotonde gives Zutphen the agility needed for this.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anne Betzema, team manager Information Management at the municipality of Zutphen, explains: &#8220;We consider it important that our online services are accessible and secure for our residents. With Datarotonde, Info Support translates that expertise into a concrete solution for modern and manageable data exchange.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;With the Datarotonde platform, we offer a proven solution that helps municipalities set up future-proof information provision, in line with the principles of Common Ground and geared towards reusable, API-based data exchange.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><p dir=\"ltr\"><em>Peter Berg, Unit Manager Public at Info Support<\/em><\/p><br\/><p dir=\"ltr\"><\/p><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>About the project<\/strong><\/p><br\/><p dir=\"ltr\"><\/p><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project involves implementing the API-first integration and connection platform Datarotonde. This is happening in phases, so that innovation and continuity go hand in hand. National facilities and municipal applications are being connected in a uniform way, while existing services remain available.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Phase 1, the disclosure of the Personal Records Database (BRP), has already been successfully completed. The BRP and the applications involved have been disclosed without using a local data warehouse. At the same time, existing applications continue to function as usual. This allows Zutphen to innovate without losing sight of the continuity of its current information provision.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project is now in phase 2, which is proceeding on schedule. In this phase, other national facilities are also being disclosed, including the New Trade Register (NHR), the Addresses and Buildings Database (BAG) and the Municipal Data Hub (GGK). Where possible, existing connections are being gradually modernised towards API-oriented disclosure. The case management system has also been connected in line with the principles of case-oriented working.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An important starting point is that the integrations realised are also reusable outside the municipality of Zutphen. In addition, the municipality itself retains control over how future applications and facilities are connected.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The reusable approach also makes it easier to share solutions with chain partners and other municipalities.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;With our Datarotonde platform, we ensure managed message traffic so that data flows between systems securely, efficiently and verifiably. In our collaboration with the municipality of Zutphen, trust, engagement and jointly building sustainable results are central. That&#8217;s why SROI (Social Return on Investment) is part of the tender. Datarotonde, as part of Info Support International Group, has taken up this social responsibility well on several fronts. With a generous financial contribution to ICT-Makers and BIJ de bieb. Through this, they support both organisations in helping residents who need it become more digitally skilled.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;For us, digitalisation is second nature, but that&#8217;s not the case for everyone. That&#8217;s why, alongside our technical contribution, we also find it important to make a social contribution.
