Digital maintenance order exchange launched: A relevant development for your organisation
During D-Day, organised by digiGO, an important step was taken in advancing the digitalisation of the maintenance chain. Datarotonde has joined Policy Measure 1, in which the Dutch Central Government Real Estate Agency is preparing to process maintenance messages in accordance with the DICO standard.
In addition to the Central Government Real Estate Agency, Ketenstandaard Bouw en Techniek has also signed Policy Measure 1. This brings the digital exchange of maintenance orders in line with DSGO and the latest version of the DICO standard significantly closer.
Four national maintenance partners have also signed the agreement: BAM, Kropman, SPIE and Van Dorp. They intend to handle message traffic via Datarotonde, ensuring that the standard is applied from the outset in real operational processes. Datarotonde acts as their integration partner and ensures that the maintenance systems of all parties communicate with each other, in line with the additional requirements set by the Central Government Real Estate Agency.
What does this mean for you?
Via Datarotonde, standardised message exchange within the maintenance process becomes possible for organisations that wish to carry out maintenance work for the Central Government Real Estate Agency. Datarotonde facilitates the shift towards digital order exchange.
For organisations within the construction, asset management and maintenance chain, this means:
• Less manual data transfer and fewer contact moments • Greater predictability in orders, feedback and delivery • A foundation for further process automation and data-driven control • No concerns about the technical integration between systems
Whether you are a supplier, contractor, client or service provider, the impact is felt across the entire value chain.
