Datarotonde integrates eConnect’s Peppol Access Point
Datarotonde has integrated the Peppol Access Point of eConnect, based in Woerden. This integration enables Datarotonde’s customers to exchange e-invoices and other eProcurement messages with increased efficiency and security via the internationally recognised Peppol network.
The Peppol network allows businesses and public sector organisations to seamlessly send and receive critical documents such as e-orders and e-invoices from their existing software environments. This new collaboration with eConnect marks an important milestone for Datarotonde in expanding its services across its ecosystem.
“The integration of eConnect’s Peppol Access Point demonstrates our commitment to innovation and service excellence. We are excited to now offer our customers a direct connection to the Peppol network, enabling them to further digitise and optimise their administrative processes,” says Alex Roelvink, Managing Director of Datarotonde. With a single connection to Datarotonde, organisations can send and receive all their invoices directly from their own systems. This usually, though not necessarily, takes place as part of maintenance service processes or material ordering workflows. Multiple formats (such as DICO and UBL) and scenarios are supported, and validations are performed. With the same connection, invoices can now also be sent and received via the Peppol network. You connect in the way that suits you best, from the system of your choice. That’s what real convenience looks like.
Ready for the future
This collaboration comes at a time when the digitalisation of procurement and sales processes is becoming increasingly important. Connecting to the Peppol network via eConnect’s Access Point not only increases efficiency, but also ensures compliance with European and international standards for digital transactions.
Commitment to advancing digitalisation
“We are proud of our partnership with Datarotonde and work together to reduce the complexity of sending and receiving Peppol messages,” adds Johan Schaeffer, CEO of eConnect. “This partnership confirms our leading expertise in the field of eProcurement with Peppol.” The integration of eConnect’s Peppol Access Point by Datarotonde is available as of today, enabling customers to immediately start sending and receiving documents via the Peppol network.
